I HAVE A PROMO CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?
To apply your promo code, simply enter it in the “Discount” field on the checkout page and click “Apply.” Be sure there are no additional spaces before or after the code.
Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promo code cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship around the world. In other words, wherever you are, we ship there.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
J. Rupert & Co. ships from Canada. While some countries don’t charge duty, others may.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship the majority of our orders from our J. Rupert & Co. fulfillment warehouse in Niagara, Ontario, Canada.
Orders are shipped through Canada Post or Purolator, usually on the same day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within Canada, although it's often quicker.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return any full-price J. Rupert & Co. item within 7 days of receipt, provided that the item is unused and in original condition. Pre-ordered items may not be returned for refund, although exceptions may be made in cases where a mistake is made on our end.
WHAT'S THE RETURN PROCESS?
We offer simple returns. Please email email@example.com and we will provide you with a Return Shipping Label. Return parcels must be sent to our warehouse in Niagara. The costs associated with the return are FREE. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
WHAT’S YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different colour or size, arrange to have the first item returned, and just place a new order in our online shop.
